Summer Programs
Summer Camps, 2010
To register for camps, please download and print the Summer Program Enrollment/Emergency Form from the link below for each camper you are enrolling. At the top of the form, write Camp A, Camp B, and/or Camp C. Enclose $75 per camper per camp. For sibling enrollment in the same camp, enclose $65 per additional sibling. Camps are subject to sufficient enrollment numbers. No refunds will be made of camp tuition unless the school cancels the camp.
Camp A: Survival Camp (July 5-9, 8:30-12:30, $75, Ages 6 and up)
How did the Native Americans live off the land? What are some tired and true survival tricks and tips? Join us for an outdoor adventure complete with nature investigations, survival activities, and a special field trip.
Camp B: Pippi Longstocking Camp (July 12-16, 8:30-12:30, $75, Ages 5 and up)
Pippi remains a childhood literary hero! She will make us roar with laughter as we read her adventures and do fun and crazy projects.
Camp C: Writer’s Haven Camp (July 19-23, 8:30-12:30, $75, Ages 7 and up)
Are you a writer at heart? This Writer’s Workshop will allow for free creative writing, feedback from peers and experienced teachers, and in-house publishing of stories.

Summer Tutoring Services Please call the school at 626-5550 to speak with Carrie Gervais if you are interested in Summer Tutoring Services for your child. All tutoring services are open to children in pre-K through grade 8 who currently attend Stepping Stones, as well as children from public, other private, or homeschooling backgrounds. Tutoring Services are by appointment only and are held throughout the summer. Only $30 per hour, plus group, same family, and multiple hour discounts.
Summer Boost Program -Early Reading Focus for Pre K to 2nd Grade; 2 sessions per week immersed in a variety of beginning reading skills, plus one-on-one guided practice with leveled books -Early Math Focus for Pre K to 2nd Grade; 2 sessions per week learning key skills with both hands-on materials and practice papers -Individual or small group sessions
Summer Bridge Program -Bridge your child’s previous school year’s learning to the next grade level and give confidence for a strong start to next year -All subject areas and grades -Individualized to your child’s achievement level
Summer Study Skills Program -How to take notes, summarize, memorize information -How to take a test -Specific placement test preparation for private high schools
