Before/After Care Program and Policies
Before Care (7:45-8:30am) and After Care (3:00-5:00pm) are available to families who need/want these options. Please note there are additional fees ($4.00/hour) for Before Care and After Care.
Should you choose Before and/or After Care options, we request that you fill out a “Before/After Care Contract,” so that we may help you figure your monthly payment for this additional care.
Please make every effort to pick up your child no later than 5:00pm. It may look as if many children are still at school after that time but they are typically the staff’s children. Staff members have appointments and family commitments after 5:00pm. There will be a fee of $20 assessed on pick-ups after 5:00pm. Half-day primary students should be picked up by 11:30am unless other arrangements have been made.
Some families may not need the Before or After Care options on a regular basis, but may find they would like to use these options once-in-a-while. In this case, they should fill out the “Occasional Before/After Care Form” and place it in the gold tuition box with payment when they make use of this service.
