Enrollment Policies and Procedures for New Families
Enrollment Process for the Current School Year
Please contact us to determine whether or not we have Program Openings for the current school year. If we do, we will then guide you through the Enrollment process.
Enrollment Process for the Upcoming School Year
Step 1: Initial Contact
Please contact us by making an online inquiry, letting us know of your initial interest in our school. An online inquiry ensures that your name will be in our file so that you can be notified when early enrollment for the next school year starts (usually early February). Be sure to include your name, your child’s name, his or her age, your phone number, and email address.
Step 2: We will get back to you and answer any questions you may have about enrollment.
Step 3: Download the Enrollment Form/Payment Contract with payment contract, fill out, and send to the school or scan and email to the school. Include a check made out to Stepping Stones Montessori School for the amount of September's tuition plus a (one time) registration fee of $100. If you have not yet visited at a prior Open House, you may want to visit at our upcoming Open House each March before enrolling. The paperwork may be turned in on Open House day.

Step 4: Confirmation of Enrollment
We will respond to all early enrollment applicants. If for some reason there was no slot available to your child, we will return your check for September tuition. We will refund $75 of the registration fee. We will not refund any payments unless we have no slots available.

*a SMART Tuition Form (will be provided to you when needed) SMART charges a once annual fee of $45 with your first SMART payment.
Note: we will want to meet children enrolling in Grades 1-8.
