Enrollment Policies and Procedures for New Families Enrollment Process for the Current School Year Step 1: Initial Contact Please contact us to determine whether or not we have Program Openings for the current school year. If we do, we will then guide you through the Enrollment process. Enrollment Process for the Upcoming School Year Step 1: Initial Contact Please contact us by making an online inquiry, letting us know of your initial interest in our school. An online inquiry ensures that your name will be in our file so that you can be notified when early enrollment for the next school year starts (usually early February). Be sure to include your name, your child’s name, his or her age, your phone number, and email address. Step 2: Annual Open House If you have not yet visited our school, please plan to attend our Annual Open House (on March 3). Step 3: New Family Enrollment Period If, after polling our current families there are still slots, enrollment for the next school year will be opened up a month before the Open House. The purpose of the early enrollment period is to give those who have made previous inquiries or who have visited in previous open houses the first chance to enroll in open slots. When we open enrollment in early February, you will receive an email. Fill out the attached enrollment form /payment contract (or download from website) and send the form in with a $100 registration fee and payment equal to September’s tuition. (NOTE: If your email has changed since your initial inquiry, please contact us again through our website and update your email with us.) Step 4: Confirmation of Enrollment By March 1, we will respond to all early enrollment applicants. If for some reason there was no slot available to your child, we will return your check for September tuition. We will refund $75 of the registration fee. We will not refund any payments unless we have no slots available. Slots will not be guaranteed after March 1 if we have not received your paperwork and payments. They will be opened up at the Open House if we have not received the forms and payments described above. Step 5: Summary of Enrollment Paperwork and Deposits Due
